You may cancel your order by writing to us at: [email protected], with 48 hours notice of the delivery date.

Cancellations made after this point will not be refunded, but you may donate your meals to charity/send your meals to another local address if you prefer.

We order all of our produce completely to order, hence this cancellation policy.

We do not offer returns on goods sold, for health and safety purposes – but we may offer you a refund should you provide evidence that your delivery was unsatisfactory.

In the unlikely event that you have any concerns or issues with your delivery, please contact [email protected] – as soon as possible, so that we can attempt to rectify the situation.

We can guarantee a full refund on any items that do not reach you in satisfactory condition, but can only offer replacement items if you get in touch within 24 hours. In the event that replacement isn’t possible, we will refund your account. You can always contact us for any refund question at [email protected].

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


We will notify you to let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
